Cancellation and Refund Policy 

At MatchPoint, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate this, we have a flexible cancellation policy:

  • Deposit Payments: All bookings require a fixed deposit payment at the time of reservation.
  • Refunds: Full deposit refunds are available for cancellations made at least 3 hours before the booked slot. To cancel, please use the “My Bookings” section on our website.
  • Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 3 hours before the booking time, the deposit will not be refunded, and the full amount, including the deposit, will be charged.
  • Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please notify us within 3-5 days after cancellation by contacting our mobile number. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Non-refundable: Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 3 hours before the booking time.
